SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently, NEPA Store only ships within Pennsylvania.
We offer flat rate shipping across Pennsylvania for $9.95. Please note, shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Order statuses can also be checked through our Order Lookup page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your clothing purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All accessory, beanies, hats, mugs, and pin purchases are final sale. All markdowns are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Need a different color or size? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Contact orders@discovernepa.com with the details of the exchange, and we’ll help you get the right fit.
To start a return, you can use the form on the back of your packing slip, initiate an online return through this form, or contact us with your order number and reason for your return. Returns initiated through the online form must be approved via email before the item is shipped back to us.
For returns, the cost of the provided return label be will deducted from your total refund amount.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return label. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
